Travelscene on Crown, formerly American Express Travel Wollongong is located at the lower end of Crown St Wollongong, opposite the Town Hall and is owned and operated by Jonathan Hickman.
The office has a staff of four fulltime employees. Fulltime are Jonathan Hickman & Kate Hammonds. Partime are Lisa McCracken (Wednesday – Friday) and Kendra Ainsworth (Monday – Wednesday)
