Travelscene on Crown, formerly American Express Travel Wollongong is located at the lower end of Crown St Wollongong, opposite the Town Hall and is owned and operated by Jonathan Hickman.

The office has a staff of five with three fulltime employees, Jonathan Hickman, Bonnie Purtell & Brian Wellings, plus two part-time employees, Lisa McCracken (Wednesday – Friday) and Kendra Ainsworth (Monday – Wednesday)

We are full members of the Travelscene / American Express Travel alliance, Travel Compensation Fund , AFTA (Australian Federation of Travel Agents), IATA (International Air Transport Association), ICCA (International Cruise Council of Australia) and Cruiseco.
